We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Eureka Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals. Located in the heart of Salisbury (a mere seconds from the local train station), The Eureka Tavern is a local favorite known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality bistro dining, and family-friendly service. We pride ourselves on being the go-to destination for great value meals and a welcoming environment. We are looking for energetic, community-minded leader to join our friendly team!

Job Responsibility

Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Requirements

Manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
Experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room
Supervising experience
Current RSA, RSG/RCG and RP Badge as per state requirements
