Assistant Manager

• Lead with Positivity: Support, guide, and motivate the front‑of‑house team, setting the tone for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Be a Team Player: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider management team to maintain strong communication and a united approach
• Keep Service Running Smoothly: Oversee the restaurant and bar, dealing with any issues quickly and ensuring everything runs efficiently from open to close
• Champion the Guest Experience: Greet guests, handle queries, and ensure every person who walks through the door feels valued and looked after
• Support & Develop the Team: Help train new starters and encourage the development of existing team members, building a confident, cohesive team.

• You have experience leading a large team in a similar hospitality role and enjoy the buzz of a fast‑paced environment
• You enjoy making people feel welcome and take pride in creating memorable experiences
• You communicate clearly and confidently, keeping the flow of information smooth between the team and our guests
• You stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and resolve issues without compromising the guest experience
