Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Profit Center Manager in applying Sunbelt policies. Concentrating focus on maximizing the profitability of the Profit Center ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Profit Center Manager in applying Sunbelt policies
In charge of Profit Center in the absence of the Profit Center Manager
Assess daily the need for purchasing equipment
Assess and modify weekly sales plans
Ensure compliance with DOT and safety requirements
Perform dispatching duties if needed
Inspect Profit Center yard daily
Ensure awareness of slow moving equipment
Ensure awareness of equipment not available for rent
Ensure Profit Center Yard, facility and staff are presentable
Various reporting
Ensure team is meeting goals
Perform other duties assigned by the PCM
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Valid Driver's license
1-2 years of Rental Industry experience or a Business Management degree
