Job Responsibility
Running the shift and being responsible for the store in the General Manager’s absence
Providing exceptional customer service for our guests and ensuring the team are deployed effectively
Act as a role model for your team and be an ambassador for Ole and Steen
Driving the achievement of sales and other KPI’s
Providing a clear handover during shift changes and ensuring shift reviews
Demonstrating a high standard of bakery and personal presentation
Assisting in the training and support of team members
Opening/closing the store in line with company standards
Learning new skills and growing with us
Requirements
Friendly and welcoming with an ability to make guests feel at home
Lead from the front and inspire teams
Experience in hospitality with a drive to perform, positive behaviours and resilience to cope with a fast-paced environment
