Job Description

Assistant Manager role in a burger restaurant, working with the General Manager to share responsibility for the restaurant's success, leading teams to deliver profitability, optimise sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, inspire and coach teams
  • Deliver restaurant profitability and optimise sales opportunities
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction
  • Bring company values to life for team and customers
  • Be responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
  • Support the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
  • Provide an "above and beyond" experience for the team
  • Create an awesome working environment
  • Ensure every customer is delighted
  • Deal with complaints promptly
  • Lead from the front, working hands-on with the team
  • Support the General Manager and deliver store results
  • Have full ownership of P&L
  • Drive sales whilst controlling costs
  • Run smooth day to day operations
  • Think about long term plans
  • Develop the team to ensure a strong talent pipeline
