Job Responsibility

Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and on the dining area
Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers & fries, store results and providing a 'above & beyond' experience for your team and customers
Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun while leading with our Values
Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience
Ensuring each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
Having full ownership of your P&L

Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline

1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment
Obsessed with the guest experience with a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews
Experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets
Proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team
Solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings
Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
