Job Description:

This role involves assisting the store manager with operations, staff oversight, and customer service while providing leadership and executing the store’s food program standards. Job Responsibility:

Assisting the store manager with station store operations
hiring, supervising, and supporting staff
accomplishing daily tasks
overseeing bookkeeping and merchandising
maintaining high standards in customer service
providing onsite attendance
executing food program standards
leading by example
fostering urgency, patience, and leadership

Requirements:
