Job Description:

In every restaurant, you’ll find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant’s results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability
  • optimizing all sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
  • working on the line and on the dining area
  • supporting the General Manager in perfect burgers & fries delivery and store results
  • creating an awesome working environment
  • ensuring every customer is delighted with their order
  • dealing with complaints promptly
  • ensuring each shift runs smoothly
  • having full ownership of P&L, driving sales whilst controlling costs
  • leading with values
  • spotting potential and developing team for strong talent pipeline

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment
  • customer satisfaction track record
  • experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, managing inventory/waste
  • leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
