Job Description:

Join Circle K as an Assistant Manager in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Assist in managing store operations, lead staff, oversee daily tasks, maintain high standards, and provide excellent customer service. Medical and retirement benefits, flexible schedules, and career growth opportunities offered.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the store manager with oversight of the store operations
hiring, supervising, and working with staff
daily tasks
bookkeeping and merchandising
ensure high standards and provide fast and friendly service
maintain regular onsite attendance
execute the food program
lead by example for staff
display urgency, patience, and leadership

Requirements:

Flexible availability
ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
bend at the waist with some twisting
grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Nice to have:

Retail experience
supervisor or management experience
recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills
experience handling food
high school/college degrees
