Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers & fries, store results and providing a above & beyond experience for your team and customers
Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun while leading with our Values
Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
Ensuring that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management, thinking about long-term plans
Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
Always leading with our values
Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment. You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high.
You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.
You have experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets.
You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team. You don’t just manage
you develop people and identify future talent.
You have a solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings.
You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
