Job Description:

Join Circle K as an Assistant Manager. This role requires leadership and organizational skills to assist in managing and operating the station store in Lake Placid, FL. The role also includes hiring and supervising staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and executing the company's food program.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Store Manager with station store operations
hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
maintain company standards
provide fast and friendly customer service
execute the food program
display urgency, patience, and leadership

Requirements:

teaching and motivating others
planning and organizing
strong communication skills
cash-handling and bookkeeping experience
problem-solving capabilities
ability to advocate and empathize
understanding of safety and security practices
physical ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours
ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds to waist level
ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
ability to bend, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
