Assistant Manager | Chardons Hotel. Are you a hospitality professional ready to run the floor at one of the most consistent and fast-paced venues on Brisbane's south side? The Chardons Hotel is looking for a driven, floor-focused Assistant Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and knows how to keep a large crew moving in sync. "Chardons" is an absolute engine room. Whether it's a bustling weekend crowd watching the sports, a fast-paced lunch rush in the bistro, or managing our premium gaming and retail operations, this venue requires a leader who loves being in the thick of the action. We need someone with sharp operational instincts who can maintain elite standards and ensure our regulars receive great hospitality on every shift.

Job Responsibility

Get to know the locals
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Requirements

Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
manual handling and lifting ability (moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room
supervising experience preferred
confidence, pride, and people skills
