We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Iron Horse Inn buzzing and loved by the locals. Located on the main strip of Cardiff, Iron Horse Inn is the quintessential 'local.' From family milestone celebrations to mates catching up in our high-energy Sports Bar, we’ve been the community’s favorite gathering spot for years. We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our friendly crew!

Job Responsibility

  • Get to know the locals
  • Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
  • Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team
  • Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
  • Bring the energy, service, and smiles every shift

Requirements

  • Experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room
  • Supervisory experience
  • Confidence, pride, and people skills
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling, lifting stock, kegs, deliveries)
