Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our team in Glasgow's Silverburn. You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract with the salary going up to £32,100 per annum plus an amazing, achievable bonus worth up to £7,000 per year. Requirements:

Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor experience
Good understanding of GP & Labour control
Passionate about food
Passionate about delivering amazing service
Experience in a similar QSR environment, running a bar, restaurant, or contract catering unit is beneficial
