Job Responsibility
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties
Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement
Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures
Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration
Take a hands-on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed
Support a high-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated
