Job Responsibility

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement
  • Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures
  • Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration
  • Take a hands-on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed
  • Support a high-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated
