Job Description:

Join Circle K as an Assistant Manager to help oversee stationstore operations, work with motivated teammates, and grow your career in management. You'll be responsible for daily tasks like hiring, supervising, and maintaining high service standards while enjoying a variety of benefits and a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of stationstore operations
hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks
maintain high standards and fast, friendly service
assist in bookkeeping and merchandising
execute food programs
ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
display urgency, patience, and leadership.

teaching and motivating others
planning and organizing abilities
excellent communication skills
cash-handling and bookkeeping experience
problem-solving capabilities
empathy and advocacy
safety and security awareness
retail or supervisor/management experience preferred
experience handling food preferred
high school or college degree preferred
ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
ability to bend, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hand-eye coordination.
