Job Description:

Join Circle K as an Assistant Manager. This role involves oversight of store operations, employee management, and execution of policies while maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to a fast-paced, engaging work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the store manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
hiring, supervising and working with the staff
accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
maintaining high standards and providing fast and friendly customer service
executing the food program
setting an example for staff in terms of customer care and urgency
providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Requirements:

cash-handling and bookkeeping

advocating and empathizing

retail experience
supervisor or management experience

experience handling food
high school/college degree(s)
ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds
occasionally lifting/carrying up to 60 pounds
pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
bending at the waist with some twisting
grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands
possible climbing of a ladder
