Job Description

Boots Ireland is looking for a Permanent Full Time Assistant Store Manager in our Nutgrove Store, in Dublin.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with the Store Manager, you will inspire your team through a customer led approach and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver company strategy
  • Keeping an eye on costs and profitability through management reports while driving sales targets
  • Through training, understand and deliver an efficient operating platform to meet customer and patient needs
  • Working with the Store Manager to track and improve loss performance
  • Conducting reviews and audits when necessary to ensure customer and patient safety

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail environment with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Clear communication skills
  • An ability to work at pace and adjust to change
  • Relish working within a team environment
  • A desire to learn and develop

Nice to have

  • An interest in keeping up to date with new technology
