Domino’s Pizza in Waterford is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Unit 3 Newtown Rd. Job Responsibility:
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve high standards of customer service, quality and hygiene
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Manage stock levels, monitor inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Drive sales growth by implementing promotional activities and maintaining excellent customer relations
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment in accordance with Domino’s standards
Support store financial management including cash handling, banking and cost control
Ensure all operational procedures and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the catering and hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Good numeracy skills and experience handling cash and stock management
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
A relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not essential
