Job Description:

Circle K is hiring an Assistant Manager in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. The role involves managing station store operations, supervising staff, managing merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service. Opportunities for growth, comprehensive training, and numerous benefits are provided.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the store manager with oversight of station store operations
hiring, supervising, and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks
bookkeeping and merchandising
maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
ensure regular and predicable onsite attendance
execute the food program
care about customers and set an example for staff
display urgency, patience, and leadership

push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
eye-hand coordination
ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
