Job Responsibility
Running the shift and being responsible for the store in the General Manager’s absence
Providing exceptional customer service for our guests and ensuring the team are deployed effectively
Act as a role model for your team and be an ambassador for Ole & Steen
Driving the achievement of sales and other KPI’s as set by your General Manager
Provide clear handover during shift changes and ensure each shift is reviewed, handovers and briefings are carried out and action plans are recorded and achieved
Demonstrate high standard of bakery and personal presentation
Assist in training and support of (new) team members including ongoing coaching and feedback
Open/close the store in line with company standards
Learn new skills and grow with us
Requirements
Friendly and welcoming
Ability to make guests feel at home
Lead from the front and inspire teams
Already an Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor looking for next step
Experience in hospitality with drive to perform, positive behaviors and resilience
