Job Description:

Assistant Manager role at Baby Restaurant, an Italian cuisine venue. Part of Lucas Collective, a founder-led independent hospitality group. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Provide hands-on support across the front of house
Ensure smooth and efficient operations
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Ensure strong team development

Requirements:

Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Strong knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
Valid RSA certificate

Nice to have:

Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
