Requirements

Education: A High School diploma and 1–3 years of experience in court maintenance, landscaping, sports turf, or facility operations
Skills: Organizational, communication and customer services skills required
Familiarity with clay surfaces preferred but not required

Must be able to operate computer and other routine office machines

Job Responsibility

Assist with the daily maintenance of all court surfaces: brushing, watering, rolling, line cleaning, and trash/debris removal
Support seasonal tasks such as top-dressing, clay court scarification, line taping, pressure washing, and hard-court cleaning
Operate and maintain equipment such as maintenance cart, blowers, rollers, line machines, and hand tools
Help monitor and track inventory of court supplies and materials
Assist during tournaments, events, and high-traffic programming days to ensure timely and efficient court prep
