We are proud to foster a culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, and service—what we call “Caring for life.” The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of our Winchester Thrift Shop, helping ensure a positive experience for customers, volunteers, and team members while maximizing fundraising efforts for our mission. About the Role We're seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Assistant Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our thrift shop. In this role, you'll work closely with the Thrift Shop Manager to supervise staff and volunteers, manage inventory and merchandising, support financial processes, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. You'll also assume leadership responsibilities during the manager's absence, ensuring continuity in operations.
