This position reports to the Manager Technical within the IFM business unit to achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards while ensuring energy conservation practices. You will assist the Engineering Manager in managing M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated time while providing comprehensive Facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets, managing direct reports including Senior Technical Executives and Technical Executives, and implementing technology tools that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
Job Responsibility:
Support Engineering Manager in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and all Civil maintenance within the Facility
Prepare critical spares list for all installations per manufacturer recommendations and plan inventory for in-house maintenance teams
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
Assist Chief Engineer to review maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors for quality work practices aligned with manufacturer recommendations
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations while managing downtime and breakdowns
Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements while ensuring contractors follow site protocols with minimum client inconvenience
Generate daily reporting on M&E to Engineering Manager including service maintenance reports on office equipment
Requirements:
Experience in managing wide range of issues from strategic contracts management to day-to-day operations input
High familiarity with service structure including responses to Facilities Management assistance requests from Client staff
Knowledge of operating expenditures arrangements and comprehensive facility management for technical services
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
Experience with M&E installations including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Ability to manage team consisting of Senior Technical Executives and Technical Executives
Good communication skills with well-groomed and presentable professional appearance
Nice to have:
Background in critical spares list preparation and inventory planning for maintenance operations
Experience with manufacturer recommendations and quality work practices for M&E contractors
Knowledge of logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedule maintenance for installations
Understanding of downtime management, breakdown incident reporting, and ad-hoc M&E setup coordination
