Job Description:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level and select senior roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and timelines. Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and joining closures. Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders across locations (onshore and offshore). Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights. Handle hiring-related escalations professionally and proactively. Drive hiring through multiple channels including employee referrals, job portals (Naukri, etc.), LinkedIn, campus hiring, and vendor partners. Ensure strong source diversity aligned with organizational hiring strategy. Coordinate with recruitment vendors, ensuring TAT, quality, and compliance. Support and guide recruiters in achieving individual and team hiring targets. Review profiles for quality and relevance before stakeholder submission. Share best practices and mentor junior team members. Drive data-backed improvements and hiring efficiency. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data, trackers, and MIS. Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio. Maintain documentation for audits, reviews, and leadership updates. Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience. Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, hiring guidelines, and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in recruitment operations. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction. Coordinate and support campus hiring drives and early talent initiatives. Liaise with colleges, placement officers, and internal stakeholders for hiring activities.
