Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, both on and off-campus, to promote university programs
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment teams to ensure consistent performance
  • Build strong relationships with schools, counsellors, agents, and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment or sales & marketing, preferably in the higher education sector
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Excellent language proficiency in English and either Sinhala or Tamil
