Job Responsibility

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the premises is secure, clean, and ready for business
Manage staff workflow, delegating tasks effectively to optimize service during peak hours
Ensure all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) is properly functioning, and report maintenance issues promptly
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations
Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to baristas on drink preparation, customer service, and POS operations
Motivate the team to maintain high energy and provide friendly, 'nothing is too much trouble' service
Assist in creating employee rotas and ensuring adequate coverage for shifts
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints promptly
Uphold quality standards for all coffee beverages, food, and products served

Job Responsibility

Prepare and serve a selection of drip and specialty coffees from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests using the hotel's point-of-sales system
check completed orders with the guest's original order
Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's taste and preparation methods
