Job Description:

The role involves providing support in the settlements of various financial products and ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades and payments. The candidate will also participate in projects and perform User Acceptance Testing.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support in the settlements of Treasury, Derivative and Fixed Income products including Treasury bills, Foreign Exchange, Money Market, FX, Interest Rate Swaps etc
Process FXMM trades including CLS
Pre-matching, validation and settlements of trades
Reconcile trade breaks and investigate failed trades
Static data creation and maintenance in the systems
Prepare SWIFT’s outgoing messages, confirmations and payments
Perform daily Nostro reconciliations
Process remittances accurately and timely
Prepare and submit regulatory reports on a timely basis including MAS755 and MAS610
Participate in projects and/or perform User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

Minimum Degree
At least 4 years of Settlements or relevant experience within the Banking industry
Knowledge of Financial Markets products
Working knowledge in SWIFT payments
Meticulous and detailed
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communications and interpersonal skills
