We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Data & Analytics function. The individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring sprint velocity, and enabling team self-organisation. This role involves stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent and collaborative environment. The candidate will also support business analysis processes and remove delivery impediments.
Job Responsibility:
Guide teams and the organisation in Agile/Scrum practices and values
Maintain sprint velocity and team utilisation
Facilitate self-organisation and remove delivery impediments
Create a safe and trusting environment for open communication and problem-solving
Support internal and external communication to improve transparency
Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments
Drive process improvements and proactively highlight risks
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, and others
Experienced in using JIRA and Confluence
Skilled in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
Knowledgeable in BI architecture and data analysis techniques
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Nice to have:
SAFe certification is a plus
