Job Description:

Develop and optimize sales processes, monitor claims and policy renewals, and engage in digital tool development while adhering to insurance industry regulations. The role focuses on smooth system operation, qualification maintenance, and business-compliant underwriting rule implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and optimize sales processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Ensure the effective and smooth operation of system production during the sales process
Work as a key role in DS data processing to ensure the data flow is complied with regulator and group policy
Implement the registration and maintenance of sales personnel qualifications to ensure effective control in compliance with group standards and local regulations
Review and communicate changes in underwriting rules and other operating rules from a business perspective
Monitor the claims and expiration of policies, and improve renewal tracking to ensure that the needs of different stakeholders are met
Participation in digital tools development and other initiatives

Requirements:

5 years and above working experience in Life Insurance, prefer to be experienced in UW and POS back office functions
Familiar with insurance company systems, prefer to be experienced in system development skills
Commercially-minded with good business acumen
Understand insurance related regulations, as well as familiar with data protection
Prefer to have D&A skills
Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to deliver business performance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management

Prefer to be experienced in UW and POS back office functions
Prefer to have D&A skills
