Job Description:

The Assistant Manager, Sales Operations role involves acting as the primary product expert and product analysis touch point. Responsibilities include providing accurate and up-to-date product comparisons, preparing comparison tables and charts, maintaining and updating product materials, and supporting the sales team with information on High Net Worth products like Universal Life and Endowment plans.

Job Responsibility:

Have a deep understanding of the mechanics of High Net Worth (HNW) products including but not limited to Universal Life, Whole of Life, Endowment, Savings and Term plans
Be adept at using different systems to generate illustrations for different products and different permutations
Collate and prepare comparison tables/charts based on business partners/sales consultants' requirements – good Microsoft Excel skills is a must
Maintain and update product materials – fact sheets/calculations of commissions/country lists/product promotions etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience in either the insurance or banking industry
Competent business IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Excel etc.
