Job Description

To drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong B2B relationships and expanding the business through site visits, contractor engagement, and industry networking.

Job Responsibility

  • Visit B2B clients, contractors, developers, and project sites to promote company products/services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets
  • Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to management
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand presence in the construction industry
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in service delivery

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or building materials sector
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to visit client sites and travel for business needs
  • Age between 25 – 40 years
  • Language preference: Sinhala & Tamil fluency
  • Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
