To drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong B2B relationships and expanding the business through site visits, contractor engagement, and industry networking.
Job Responsibility:
Visit B2B clients, contractors, developers, and project sites to promote company products/services
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets
Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to management
Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand presence in the construction industry
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in service delivery
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or building materials sector
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to visit client sites and travel for business needs
Age between 25 – 40 years
Language preference: Sinhala & Tamil fluency
Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
