An award-winning, boutique property developer is seeking a meticulous Assistant Manager, Sales Admin. Known for its high-end, design-centric residential portfolio and a commitment to quality, the company offers a sophisticated work environment focused on excellence. This is a strategic role for a professional looking to lead sales administration and compliance for premium developments in prime urban locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the end-to-end preparation, verification, and execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentations
  • Ensure all contracts are accurate, stamped, and released
  • Manage progressive billings, payment collections, and reminders
  • Issue Letters of Undertaking to financiers and ensure timely receipt of bank undertakings to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, solicitors, and bankers
  • Coordinate with surveyors and authorities for strata title submissions and the final transfer of titles
  • Maintain the Property Management System (WIZ) with real-time sales data
  • Lead the Vacant Possession (VP) process, including calculating outgoing charges and coordinating inter-departmental handovers
  • Prepare weekly loan tracking and monthly survey reports
  • Compile purchaser feedback for management review to drive service improvements and brand consistency

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (or related field)
  • Deep familiarity with the Housing Development Act (HDA), specifically Schedules G & H, DMC, and legal workflows for SPA and loan documentation
  • Hands-on proficiency in the WIZ property system and the entire sales administration lifecycle, from initial agreement to vacant possession and title transfer
