Job Description:

Position responsible for assigned food and beverage/culinary operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee assigned food and beverage/culinary operations
Ensure guest and employee satisfaction
Maintain standards and meet financial goals
Create property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork
Provide excellent customer service
Respond to guest and employee concerns
Use coaching skills
Motivate staff to solve concerns
Develop relationships with guests to build clientele
Comply with corporate accounting procedures
Assist with annual Quality audit

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
