Job Description:

Key regional C&B role within a large-scale, reputable MNC. Focus on annual reward cycles (salary/bonus), C&B scheme reviews, and mobility/package formulation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with overseas HR teams to review local compensation, incentive, and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness
  • Coordinate annual global exercises such as performance appraisal, salary review, bonus distribution, and budget, ensuring they are carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate international transfers, including package formulation, visa application, tax, and other logistics arrangements
  • Work in close collaboration with management in overseas offices on the full spectrum of HR services
  • Facilitate management review and approval on staffing proposals, ensuring compliance with defined standard and procedure
  • Review global HR workflow, procedures, and policies, and provide functional advice to overseas offices on implementation and execution
  • Support the implementation of relevant corporate initiatives in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a regional MNC environment
  • Hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits administration and HR Information System
  • Advanced level in MS Excel application
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Putonghua (Mandarin) is a must
