Job Description:

This position is responsible for the effective implementation and drive the system compliance of the overall Quality Systems in line with IATF16949 including CSR Needs. To assure the system and procedures as per the laid down guidelines which includes the Audit for Sustenance and Document Standardization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the effective implementation and drive the system compliance of the overall Quality Systems in line with IATF16949 including CSR Needs
  • To assure the system and procedures as per the laid down guidelines which includes the Audit for Sustenance and Document Standardization
  • Responsible for Compliance to IATF16949, SI and FAQ
  • Responsible for preparing the CSR of all the customers including Ford, Stellantis and Renault, SMG/MSIL, Tata & Mahindra etc
  • Responsible for ensuring the Pre audit before the customer & CB audit and close the Potential NCs before the scheduled audits
  • Responsible for ensuring the Risk Mapping and Mitigation action Implementation including the Contingency validation
  • Responsible for ensuring the Process and Internal Quality Audits
  • Responsible for Ensuring the Documented Information control as per IATF16949 & Applicable CSRs
  • Responsible for closure of NCs raised during the Audits (all audits) within the stipulated time

Requirements:

  • B.E with 5 to 7 years or Diploma with 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • shall have QMS as basic role in Automotive Tier-I industry
  • Very good communication skills with strong customer interactions on technical subjects
  • High Leadership Skills
  • Experience in Plastic Moulding Process and Assembly Process
  • strong Knowledge on Core Tools and Problem-Solving techniques
  • good knowledge on Process, Product Audits and Internal Quality Auditor Certificate from reputed Agency
  • Understanding of IATF16949 Requirements, OEM CSRs of Major 4W OEMs/IATF OEMs
  • Experience to conduct Internal Audits
  • Work as a team to achieve the targeted levels and sustain the actions in the shop floor
  • Exposure to Core Tools and deeper analysis against the NCs as well as hand holding
  • Knowledge of CARA Portal and Customer Portals
  • Understand the various standards and implement as and when required as well as leader for QMS Activities
  • Takes ownership of QMS Adherence and honors commitments
  • delivers outputs for which one has responsibility within prescribed time, cost and quality standards
  • operates in compliance with organizational regulations and rules
  • supports subordinates, provides oversight and takes responsibility for delegated assignments
  • takes personal responsibility for his/her own shortcomings and those of the work unit, where applicable
