Assistant Manager - Production

Assistant Manager - Production is responsible for to meet production targets, planning and effectively supervising employees. Also ensure a safe work environment, meet customer schedule adherence and attain established goals in the areas of production quality, delivery and cost. Responsible for achieving the day-to-day targets of the assigned production line. Should have sound manufacturing process knowledge on Assembly operations. and related process settings, problem solving and troubleshooting. Responsible for all production activities for day-to-day output with QCD approach [Quality Cost & Delivery] with a focus on customer requirements. Worked with Multiple customers including major OEMs like Hyundai, Suzuki, Honda, Toyota etc. Should have strong experience in Material / Inventory planning and CFT working experience to adhere Customer schedules both quantitative & qualitative. Passion to work and improve team performance and have good employee relationship skills to participate and address their grievances efficiently. Working knowledge on IATF Quality Management Systems, Lean concepts, TPM / TQM & SAP PP module. To lead production team and facilitate 5S, SGA, QCC, Kaizen implementation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word. Basic awareness in IATF, ISO 14001. 45001 and 50001 requirements preferably internal auditor with previous experience with respect to ISO standards. Ensure to create awareness on energy conservation techniques among employees and implement the same.
