Job Description:

The role provides dedicated support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRM) in the overall achievement of their income plans covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios. The position requires being a point of contact for clients and providing customers with a memorable service experience by having a problem solving attitude.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high quality sales support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers
  • Reduce time spent on process and administrative tasks by PRM
  • Support PRMs to manage client contact and service
  • Handle client's enquiries relating to the PRM's portfolio
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the PRM's portfolio of clients
  • Proactively respond to clients in face-to-face and/or telephone settings
  • Maintain basic understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Support PRMs to execute suitable solutions for product areas
  • Manage the Premier desk in the absence of PRM
  • Assist the PRM in organizing events
  • Refer attrition cases to PRM immediately
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage Premier TAT / customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Graduation with 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
  • Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
  • Exceptional and updated knowledge of Banking products, systems and processes
  • Well organized and depicts professional image
  • Extra-ordinary Business focus and customer orientation
  • Self motivated with drive to overachieve on goals and targets
  • Close bonding with immediate team members and skillful association with support group colleagues
  • Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of Politically Exposed Persons acceptance, prohibition, Customer Due Diligence & Enhanced Due Diligence guidelines
  • Awareness of AML risk posed by pouch and mail, Monetary instruments, cash services and wire transfer services
