Job Description:

The role provides dedicated support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRM) in the overall achievement of their income plans covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios. The position requires being a point of contact for clients and providing customers with a memorable service experience by having a problem solving attitude.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high quality sales support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers
Reduce time spent on process and administrative tasks by PRM
Support PRMs to manage client contact and service
Handle client's enquiries relating to the PRM's portfolio
Maintain strong knowledge of the PRM's portfolio of clients
Proactively respond to clients in face-to-face and/or telephone settings
Maintain basic understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services
Support PRMs to execute suitable solutions for product areas
Manage the Premier desk in the absence of PRM
Assist the PRM in organizing events
Refer attrition cases to PRM immediately
Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage Premier TAT / customer expectations

Requirements:

Graduation with 2 to 5 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
Exceptional and updated knowledge of Banking products, systems and processes
Well organized and depicts professional image
Extra-ordinary Business focus and customer orientation
Self motivated with drive to overachieve on goals and targets
Close bonding with immediate team members and skillful association with support group colleagues
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment

Nice to have:

Understanding of Politically Exposed Persons acceptance, prohibition, Customer Due Diligence & Enhanced Due Diligence guidelines
Awareness of AML risk posed by pouch and mail, Monetary instruments, cash services and wire transfer services
