Job Description:

The role requires in-depth understanding of the insurance industry in China, focusing on customer buying preferences, implementing strategies, and driving business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. The job demands strong managerial, communication, and planning skills to execute initiatives successfully.

Job Responsibility:

Understand customer buying preferences across different channels and touchpoints
Ensure channels, products, and business development initiatives are executed effectively
Implement strategy and drive business growth in a compliance-conscious industry
Present powerful and convincing business cases with many competing internal priorities
Seek advice from finance on FRP and other planning processes
Work closely with business units, Compliance, and IT departments to deliver differentiated strategic initiatives that drive revenue and are regulatory compliant

Requirements:

Minimum of three years working experience in Life insurance, prefer to be experienced in strategic, planning, marketing areas
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or economics. Other insurance or financial planning professional qualifications such as CFP, FLMI added advantage
Understanding of metrics and financial measures of the business. Ability to understand at business level financial dynamics of the business and future impacts
Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, interpersonal and leadership skills
Business judgment and decision making
Able to create a positive working relationship with related stakeholders internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
