Deliver value across all Marketing Hub delivered and connected activities as the focal point for ensuring key performance analytics are defined, measured, and reported with insight for both operational needs and transformation opportunity identification across the entirety of the Marketing Services activity base.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure timely and effective communication of Performance results and insights
Play a key role in connecting Performance Analysis between the Partner and UL Design Authority
Work with the Partner Reporting team to ensure the 'Command Centre' is always evolving
Converging various data streams to generate insights
Using analytics to continuously challenge and drive efficient and effective operations
Leverage analytics and/or reporting to monitor adoption/usage of technology
Identify emerging trends in performance and arrest potential problems
Drive benchmarking and cross-pollination across markets
Develop analytics dashboards through Partners
Requirements:
Business acumen and customer-centric mindset
E2E function agnostic integrator (non-silo mentality)

Ability to leverage analytical skills to correlate insights across various data sets
