We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven People analyst to support our people function team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. In this role, you will be focusing on providing analytics solutions and automation to help make data-driven decisions based on the employee-related data and provide help to stakeholders for optimizing People management decision.
Job Responsibility
Automate the process through Advance Excel, Access, VBA Macros, Python and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
Develop, test, document, and implement high quality reports on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
Interact with peers within Ericsson People function team
Perform daily work/tasks with minimal instructions and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
Consistently need to seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
Constantly lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders
Design, modify, create and implement reporting solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science or math's or Economics or Statistics or related quantitative field
Overall exp should have between 5 to 8 years in Reporting Automation field
Hands-on exp in connecting multiple MS Office and other applications like PDF, Access etc. through VBA codes etc.
Experience in automation using complex VBA / MS Access / SQL Queries / Python
Must have experience on Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in AI tools and agent creation will be an added advantage
Strong data gathering and reporting skills
Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holders
