Job Description:

Manage daily operations and administration of payment operations, including compliance with RBI and internal HSBC standards. Monitor performance, manage costs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining internal controls. Handle regulatory reporting activities and ensure business continuity processes are in place. Train and motivate staff to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and control daily operations and administration of payment operations
Monitor performance of external vendors and operating staff
Ensure standardization of processes with regularly updated process notes
Handle regulatory reporting activities as per RBI and other regulators' requirements
Maintain business continuity plans and timely completion of BC exercises
Contribute to performance parameters like cost management, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement audit points from internal and external reviews

Requirements:

1-3 years of overall Banking exposure
1 year of specialized experience in managing Remittances Operations
Fema knowledge
People and Stakeholders Management
Strong Communication and decision making ability
Thinking and Problem solving skills
Customer centric approach to support business growth
