Job Description:

Assistant Manager role in Overseas Indian Business team within International Wealth and Premier Banking, serving customers globally with borderless banking and wealth management services

Job Responsibility:

Source OI NTBs from new & existing corporate base
Deliver on meeting OI NTB targets
Ensure KYC/AML compliance
Execute marketing events and promotions
Work collaboratively with various banking teams
Maintain call reports and MIS
Respond to GCEPs complaints
Deliver fair outcomes for customers

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation
To source OI NTBs from the new & existing corporate base
To ensure KYC/AML norms compliance
To execute marketing events and promotions
To work collaboratively with Branch Banking/Commercial Banking & CEP Teams
To maintain call reports and MIS
To respond to GCEPs complaints
Deliver fair outcomes for customers
