Job Description:

Assistant Manager role in HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking division, serving customers globally with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class, mobile-first capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

To source OI NTBs from the new & existing corporate base
To ensure KYC/AML compliance
To execute marketing events and promotions
To work collaboratively with banking teams
To maintain call reports and MIS
To respond to GCEPs complaints
Deliver fair outcomes for customers

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation
To source OI NTBs from the new & existing corporate base
To ensure the KYC/AML norms of the bank are complied with at all times
To execute marketing events and promotions to generate business
To work collaboratively with Branch Banking/Commercial Banking & CEP Teams
To maintain call reports and MIS as required
To respond to GCEPs complaints in a timely manner
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers
