Assistant Manager Operation and Maintenance job in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience
  • Conduct interactive sessions with contractors/contract employee to promote HSE policy
  • Ensure timely closure of safety actions pertaining to incident investigation, SMT tours & safety audits
  • Ensure that safety procedures are being followed at site
  • Improve efficiency of emergency response team
  • Ensure availability of all requisite tools, services and tackles
  • Provide inputs for annual budget and Certify measurements for the contracts/bills
  • Provide timely intimation of proposed gas line/ asset diversion, commissioning
  • Take suggestions for deviations from COP at site execution
  • Provide necessary information to resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate with contractors regarding site requirements
  • Ensure timely receipt of permit of work from statutory authorities & maintain necessary licenses of assets so as to be compliant
  • Maintain good relations with other utility companies
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
  • Ensure availability of spares for Preventive maintenance
  • Execute maintenance as per schedule
  • Ensure minimum breakdown after effective preventive maintenance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of gas network and repair damage of gas lines to provide uninterrupted supply to customers
  • Maintain gas losses within specified limits
  • Ensure network integrity management
  • Ensure compliance to PNGRB guideline
  • Ensure steel pipe laying and testing of new steel valves and steel pipes as per procedure
  • Prepare NROs and follow up for approval from competent authority for activities like steel pipeline laying, steel valve replacement above ground modification and diversions
  • Ensure adequate resources for job execution
  • Availability of materials such as steel pipe and fittings in stores
  • Ensure corrosion mitigations by keeping contracts for painting and coating in place
  • Ensure repair of damaged steel pipelines and cleaning and maintenance of steel valve chambers
  • Maintain all documents and asset monitoring reports
  • Maintain ISO documents and statutory documents as per policy
