Assistant Manager of Sales Support Management

• Supporting key activities directly impacting new business output of the private wealth planners
• Interface with Insurance Operation departments, including claims, operations, and compliance to enhance the service standard
• Ensure that business enhancement projects are completed with quality and timeliness
• Ensure projects are rolled out effectively and smoothly
• Fulfill all internal compliance/ risk and external regulatory requirements
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

• Relevant experience in distribution management, or broad scope sales, marketing experience in insurance industry
• Able to co-opt stakeholders and manage distribution demands
• Leadership quality in managing multiple variation in team members job scope and seniority profile
• Strong Microsoft application knowledge and Project management is a plus
• Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese
• Basic knowledge of English is necessary
