Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic business coach and partner to the independent sales force, focusing on people development, leadership skills, and driving sustainable top-line sales growth
Guide the growth and productivity of leaders by delivering targeted education programs that enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and business-building capabilities
Establish a strong rapport through fieldwork and unit meetings, serving as the vital liaison between the sales force and the company to communicate incentives, education, and career path compensation
Emphasize the strength of the business opportunity by utilizing data analysis and sales force sentiment to continually evaluate the business impact of all initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Events, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance to create impactful coaching tools and orchestrate major company recognition events (e.g., Seminars, Career Conferences)
Requirements:
Min 5 years of experience in a training or network development role within the MLM/Direct Selling industry
A deep passion for coaching, nurturing, and developing others
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to emcee special events and conduct education classes
Nice to have:
Direct Selling/MLM industry experience is preferred, but open to those from Sales Support, Education, or Agency/Unit Management backgrounds who possess a strong coaching DNA
