Job Responsibility

  • Guide and coordinate the development of creative assets across campaign touchpoints including (but not limited to) in-mall signages, directories, digital and social media materials
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure visual consistency and quality across all in-mall communication touchpoints
  • Conceptualise and produce campaign key visuals and design assets supporting marketing activations and seasonal campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with creative vendors and service providers to ensure quality production and timely delivery
  • Support marketing activations through photography, videography and multimedia content creation
  • Coach and mentor Design team in technical guidance and training in multimedia tools including motion graphics, photography and content creation, upskilling and optimising efficiency, providing feedback and support regularly
  • Champion for mall’s overall design aesthetic and ensure it is in accordance with brand guidelines and corporate identity
  • Safekeeping of department’s production equipment, assets and media files
  • Accountable for efficient utilisation of design and production budgets within approved campaign allocations
  • Share creative best practices and design inspiration to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Offer creative input and design perspectives during campaign planning discussions
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and shopper engagement

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud's suite of multimedia software
  • 5-8 years of experience in Creative Design, Multimedia, Communications, or any related field
  • Good understanding of customer marketing dynamics and current retail trends
  • Demonstrated ability in workload productivity and optimisation
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experienced in operational budget forecasting and management
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Strong negotiator and team player, able to work cross-functionally with people from all levels and departments
  • A leader with capable mentoring skills, willingness to coach and develop team members
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, ability to inspire action and drive towards a common goal
