Job Responsibility
Sets success metrics and oversees execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with marketing calendar to drive MyTOWN’s visibility and shopper footfall
Manages brand and content strategy, reinforces MyTOWN’s brand identity and market positioning
Manages crisis communication messaging and approvals
Oversees execution for MyTOWN’s on-ground thematic events and activations
Monitors campaign performance and tracking while ensuring data integrity
Drives tenant participation for thematic campaigns
Ensures efficient budget utilisation, ROI tracking and cost control
Cross-functional Collaboration within the wider Marketing team and with other departments
Guides and mentors a division of marketing generalists and graphic designers
Accountable for footfall growth, tenant value and campaign ROI
Ensure tenants are up to date with latest information on marketing campaigns and activities
Ensure effective execution of shopper engagement activities and experiential campaign
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer insights, and campaign performance
Share marketing best practices
Collaborate with IKEA stakeholders strengthen customer engagement and destination positioning
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience
Strong understanding of customer experience, digital and experiential marketing
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting and marketing ROI analysis
Strong understanding on the relationship between shopper insights and business performance
Knowledgeable in retail dynamics and shopper behaviour trends
High expertise in campaign and project management including crisis and conflict management
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong verbal, written, presentation, and public speaking skills
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, PR, Communications, or related disciplines
Nice to have
Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
